About Us

Abbey Platinum Master Built is a key Central Alberta home builder with an extensive portfolio of accomplishments in quality home building, from starter to luxury estate homes, renovations, and commercial construction projects. We offer one of the largest builder lot inventories, with lots available in Blackfalds, Lacombe, Penhold, Red Deer and Sylvan Lake. We build where you want to live!

With Abbey Platinum’s experience as a custom home builder, acreages became a natural fit. Our project management team and partners’ meticulous commitment to quality is shown in the various homes we build.

We are the highest award-winning builder in Central Alberta, carrying such accolades as 2-time Renovator of the Year and 6-time Builder of the Year.

Company History

Abbey Platinum Master Built was formed by Art Anastasi, formerly the President and CEO of Abbey Master Builder, Jaime Anastasi, formerly the CFO of Abbey Master Builder, and Terry Loewen, formerly the CEO of Platinum Homes & Development Corp. Art has more than 35 year’s experience in the housing market and holds such prestigious accreditations as a master builder, master electrician and master renovator. Art was recently awarded the BILD_CA Industry ICON Award! Jaime has 20 years of experience as CFO, a BA in Psychology and several professional courses. Terry has been in the home building industry specializing in luxury homes for more than 30 years and has an extensive list of accomplishments, including being an active CHBA-CA member and a top leader in community building. Terry was awarded the BILD CA Industry ICON Award in 2020.

The formation of Abbey Platinum Master Built provides a long list of quality residential and commercial building projects. This amalgamation provides an expanded base of highly qualified trade partners that translates into better quality, service, value, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
